Deborah Keith
Deborah has over 30 years of experience in the science and technology sector, most recently in corporate R&D strategy in Syngenta, focused on the commercialization of R&D innovation. In her most recent role at Syngenta as Head of External Collaborations, she headed global teams to build strategic partnerships with academia and commercial enterprises. Previously she headed the Syngenta crop protection research portfolio to deliver global products to development, leading R&D strategy development and organisational change

Adrian Field
Adrian joined Perscitus in 2015. Prior to this he led the technology deal teams for several high-profile Family Office investors since 2012 having worked at Truffle Capital (leading VC investor in the European markets) since 2006 where he was jointly responsible for the Energy and Cleantech portfolio. Before this he worked at 3i in the Growth Capital team since 2005. Before turning to finance, he began his career as an engineer in various high-tech industries including submarine control systems and was on the core team for the EU hydrogen fuel cell bus program at Excellsis (acquired by Ballard Power Systems) where the company grew from 30 people to over 200 in 2 years. He holds a degree in Engineering (from McGill University), a Masters of Applied Science (UBC) and an MBA (EM Lyon Grand Ecole)

Norman Molyneux is the founder of KPMG Acceleris, with an impressive 21-year track record in the industry. Since incorporation, Acceleris has successfully facilitated funding of approximately £200 million for over 50 companies and secured various exit strategies, including private equity, trade, and IPOs. The company's rigorous due diligence, comprehensive documentation, and diligent post-investment monitoring have led to an exceptional retention rate of invested funds.
In addition to his professional achievements, Norman is serving his second term as a lay member of the council at the University of Liverpool and holds a position on the Enterprise Board. He has also been a long-standing member of the Advisory Board at the University of Liverpool Management School. Furthermore, Norman contributes his expertise to the Infection Innovation Consortium (iiCON) Advisory Board, which is dedicated to developing a leading global centre for infectious disease R&D in the North-West of England as part of a £173.4 million program.
